Making Arts & Crafts

      Since the Dawn of Man, people have been inspired by Nature & Creativity!  Through the years, mankind learned how to make tools.  At first, tools were very primitive and basic.  Then he learned to use his very primitive tools to make better tools for the same use.  As time went by, people began using the tools more wisely and creatively.  Then they learned how to Paint for Communication and Records of events.  It wasn't long after that, that they began to make nicer things for pleasure.

      Craftwork is how ALL of our Building and Designing skills began.  Through the constant need for better things, people made more and more tools for their needs.  That also increased the ease of making nicer things such as Clothes, Art, Crafted Furniture, Weapons, and Cooking & Eating Supplies.  Mankind was in a new era for life!

 

       Since then, the continued need for Arts & Crafts has never ended, and it never will.  As long as we shall continue to grow, so will our Arts & Crafts Skills.  They are deeply embedded in us.  We have a basic desire to be Creators!  We also need the Mental & Spiritual Gratification of doing them.  Working on a Craft Project is a very good Outlet and a Relaxing Focal Point of Stress Release.

       This is why Schools & Households should have Arts & Crafts for children as they grow because it is a very basic part of their Life!  Besides, the more skills one LEARNS, the better off they will be for handling things Creatively in the Future.
