What the World needs most, is Understanding...

"The Biggest Problems with Education & Research, are Distractions! When someone is being Taught or Researching Something, they can very easily get off onto One Side or the Other of the topic! This becomes a very BIG Distraction by that particular area, which keeps them from returning to and continuing with the FULL Scope of the subject matter originally at hand. Also, if the way the subject matter is being Presented is not Inspiring, Entertaining, Interesting, or is part of a Sitdown, Face Forward, & Shutup Class, the STUDENT, will wish they were somewhere else, and NOT Retain the HARSH Information being FORCED on them! Education Must Be INSPIRING & RESPECTED!!!"

The first step that people need to take now, is to admit that most citizens around the World, have become lazy in research. People cannot truly understand things without proper research.

The second step that people need to take after admitting this FACT, is to actually start doing it! Take at least 15-minutes per day, and look something up, then make a Note on what they find.

If most people would just start a simple hobby of researching the FACTS on ANYTHING... They would be amazed at how much FUN it truly is, and just how much they can actually LEARN!

Once people start to "Understand" things better, they can literally start to see their eyes open. It's through this new found excitement that they will finally start to really grow!

For today's Schools, Teachers, Institutions, Churches, Private Instructors, and Social Networks, a new approach to Presentation & Learning, must be taken. By using the very best techniques from around the World, we can LEARN TOGETHER!!!

Each country or area that has the very best results in any particular field of Societal Structure, should be completely adapted and followed by everyone - Worldwide. This includes Education, Inspiration, Teaching Techniques, Workforce Improvements, Better Communications, Social Respect, Public Acknowledgement for Achievement, and Leadership Skills.

The best results always come from TEAMWORK!!! It's very easy and FUN to Play when you have a Winning TEAM!!! Like the old saying very correctly says, "There's Strength in Numbers!"

Today's Schools, need to prepare our children for Tomorrow's Jobs & Future Possibilities! It is estimated that at least 50 - 80 percent of the jobs that are available over the next 30-years, will be completely NEW!!! That means things that haven't even been Invented, or Thought About in the JOB Field will emerge. You cannot approach the 21st Century Future with 19th Century Ideas & Techniques. Some of the very Greatest People in History were students that had "Learning Disorders" and were Misunderstood. If you CHANGE the Approach to EACH Individual - as may be needed, AMAZING THINGS WILL COME!!!

Children in most of Today's Schools, need more FOCUS on Art, Dance, Music, Crafts, Creative Writing, and Critical Thinking. They need less OLD SCHOOL TIME, and much more LIFE & CREATIVE TIME!!! They are the very FUTURE of the Human Race & This Planet! We had very well give it to them to FOCUS on their Own Personal Strengths & Capabilities! We ALL need them to be their very STRONGEST & MOST PROFOUND IN NATURE!!! The FUTURE of this World & Our Future is in THEIR HANDS...

Anyone that really wants to know just how Truly Great a School & Educational System can be, need to look no further than the Best of them ALL - FINLAND!!! No Homework, Plenty of Arts & Crafts, Half the amount of School Hours, No Standardized Tests, the Happiest Students Anywhere, and the Highest IQ & Test Scores in the World! Now, that is REAL RESULTS!!!

STOP telling our TALENTED, INTELLIGENT, & GIFTED Kids that Certain Things in Life, based on One's Personal Beliefs, Traditions, or Likes, are simply Bad, or - TABOO!!!

This is how CRAZY, that many of our so-called Parents, Teachers, & Leaders, have been... They've said FOOLISH things with such Passion, without actually EXPLAINING any of the FACTS FIRST... It goes something very Chaotic like this: SEX IS TABOO!!! GUNS ARE TABOO!!! DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS BELIEFS ARE TABOO!!! DIFFERENT PEOPLE ARE TABOO!!! DIFFERENT OPINIONS ARE TABOO!!! DIFFERENT TEACHINGS & TECHNIQUES ARE TABOO!!! DIFFERENT GOVERNMENTS ARE TABOO!!! NOT DOING WHAT YOU ARE TOLD IS TABOO!!! NOT BEING WHAT WE EXPECT IS TABOO!!! Etc... Etc... Etc...

How about STUPIDY, ARROGANT PRIDE, & PREJUDICE ARE TABOO INSTEAD!!! Teach the children the FACTS FIRST, & then they will know the actual TRUTH!!! Understanding the Pro's & Con's of EVERYTHING is what they really DESIRE & TRULY NEED TO PERFORM & FOCUS!!! Then, they can make their OWN EDUCATED DECISIONS FOR LIFE!!!

ALL Children & People, need to be lead by Positivity & Through Examples! They must be shown Sincere Concern & Unconditional Love. It is by our ACTIONS that we truly Teach the most important lessons of ALL! It is the literal JOB & Responsibility of every Parent, Leader, and Teacher, to Inspire & Allow EVERY CHILD to Find & Master their Creative Talents. It is through their Own Creativity, that they will truly Discover & Fully Understand the Entire World around them. Do NOT STIFLE them or tell them they are Wrong for trying New Things! If they really Like something, then go with what Inspires them in Life! A Happy Child is A LEARNING Child, filled with Wonder & New Adventures! The Whole World is OPEN to them, and so are they OPEN to Truly LEARN and be an Important Part of it!!!

When people get involved with something Profound & Powerful, they never have to worry about having a good friend again, because they will ALL be surrounded by each other. Yet, all things in this World must take shape by the origins of the ones involved, first coming together... It's up to Society to evolve... Educated people will strive to do things a much better way.
